We have an exceptional work environment and with no drama and are looking for someone to lead the team. Our current crew has two to three years of experience and are eager to learn more. Skills Ability to complete all aspects of residential framing Including • read and understand blueprints • layout • Wall construction • Floor systems • Roof systems • Stair construction • Windows, doors, soffits and trim Ability to operate all tools and equipment associated with rough construction Ability to operate a sky track Ability to move trailer Soft Skills Ability to lead Experience 5 years rough framing
