Ernessi Farms is an indoor, urban vertical farm that provides high quality, hydroponically grown produce for grocery stores and restaurants. Our greens are grown indoors year-round at our high tech vertical farm located in historic downtown Ripon, WI. We're looking for reliable self-starters to come join our team as we continue to grow! We harvest every Monday and Thursday and then deliver every Tuesday and Friday. We are looking to hire several Fresh Produce Packagers. Hours are from 8:00AM-5:00 PM. Though this position starts as part-time, there is always the opportunity to transition to full-time employment. Responsibilities and duties include, but are not limited to: • Weighing, packaging and labeling produce for deliveries • Assist in the growth of herbs and leafy vegetables • Cleaning and sanitizing tools and materials used in hydroponic growing • Ability to work efficiently, and independently in a fast paced work environment. • Performs other related tasks Position • Part-time (16 hours per week starting) • $12.00/hour starting, with the opportunity for advancement.
