Garden Job - Weeding & Digging

Looking for Summer help on an as-needed basis to do gardening at my home. Digging for new plants, mulching, trimming, watering, fertilizing, etc. $20/hr paid at the end of each day. I have all the tools, just show up. Requirements: Must have reliable transportation and preferably your own vehicle. As you cannot use my bathroom. Must be prompt and follow through with agreed days to work (unless weather). If you bail on me, then we don't continue the relationship. It's simple. Self-motivated, hard worker, looking to do a great job. I do not put up with half-ass work. As a fellow hobbyist gardener myself, I expect results within a reasonable time frame and not stretched. MUST Have experience in gardening. I prefer skills out of the gate. I am a kind, fair, and honest person and I expect the same for anyone who works on my property. As you can see I am extremely transparent, so if you meet these qualifications look forward to speaking with you!
