Apartment Community looking for a Lead Maintenance Technician. If you have the experience, and you are someone who takes pride in your work, please email resume or come by office to apply. Job Description: Maintain the interior and exterior of the property, in providing resident satisfaction, and in promoting curb appeal. Position shall report to the Community Director and Regional Manager. Responsibilities: Complete the required maintenance on all vacancies within two working days from completion of move out by the office staff. Complete all service requests in a timely and professional manner. When on-call, promptly respond to after hour emergency service request. Ensure landscape is free of trash and debris, including all animal waste. Report needed repairs and supplies to office staff, ordering supplies and accurately document supplies used. Turn in complete and incomplete service request daily, with appropriate documentation (date, time, supplies needed, supplies ordered, service completed, and/or reason for inability to complete request) Perform preventative maintenance program. All other duties as assigned by Community Director, or Regional Portfolio. When representing DTI Investments, always act in a courteous, respectful, and professional manner. Experience: Electrical, carpentry, and plumbing Appliance repair Painting and sheetrock repair Adequate knowledge of apartment maintenance and other typical apartment repairs Use protective equipment when necessary and follow safety procedures Installation of ceramic tile, carpet & laminate flooring helpful Qualifications: Must be HVAC certified & have knowledge of boiler. Must have valid driver’s license and a vehicle Be available for on call maintenance emergencies Must be able to pass CRIMINAL and CREDIT check Ability to lift 50 pounds Must be able to climb ladder Friendly outgoing personality A good work ethic A team player attitude Resident / Customer Care service attitude Adhere to dress code as established by the management company Benefits: Medical Dental Vacation 401K
