Looking for Full time Maintenance Person at Town Hall Terrace, a 460 unit Apartment Community located in Grand Island. You will be part of a seven member maintenance staff, primarily preparing apartments for new residents, however you also may do snow removal, respond to some work orders and various other community related tasks. Must be reliable, a self starter, and team oriented. Position Responsibilities: Handle after hour On-Call emergencies every other week Handle Service Requests for repairs and improvements of occupied and vacant units Must have knowledge of hot water systems & basic boiler repairs. Completing daily work orders as scheduled Some Snow Removal and Landscaping General interior and exterior maintenance, including painting and some cleaning Must have own tools Valid NYS Drivers License and Auto Either Email Resume or You can fax it to 773-3725.
