Havas Street is hiring enthusiastic, reliable, and professional brand ambassadors to represent a major Mexican beer brand! Brand Ambassadors will conduct tastings at local accounts and venues. We are a marketing agency that focuses on developing brand activations that develop a more personal connection between a brand and its key consumer. We do so by offering either free product trials or incentives (freebies/giveaways) to consumers in order to convert sales for accounts or to generate leads for the brands we work with. This is a perfect opportunity to pick up work on the side to supplement any income or while at school. Pay Rate: $26/hour (W-2, before taxes - paid out within 2 weeks!) - Paid training Program details: - Flexible scheduling, sign up for events based on your own availability and ability to travel. Shifts are evenings and weekends - Part-time schedule, up to 10-15 hours per week - Shifts are 2-4 hours long, unless otherwise noted - Events occur in local bars, restaurants, liquor stores, and grocery stores in Chicago and surrounding suburbs What to expect: - Travel to assigned venues in your market and set-up booth or table per brand standards - Distribute samples (in accordance with legalities) or hand out branded freebies/giveaways/premiums to consumers - Educate consumers on the brand’s product messaging; encourage engagement via iPad games and lead generation/data capturing - Distribute coupons and push sales of the product - Submit an event recap & timesheet in a timely manner Essentials: - Be 21+ to apply - Be local to area; compensation for travel or drive time not offered - Comfortable working on feet and working with others; at times, outdoors - Those with hospitality/bartending/Customer service experience are encouraged to apply To apply, please respond with your name and a current resume!
