Looking for band who wants to share monthly practice space

We're a band that's just forming and we are exploring the idea of a monthly practice space. Trying to keep the expenses as low as possible (no income stream yet) and are looking for another band who might be interested in sharing the cost of a monthly practice space. The total cost is $400/month, so this would be $200 per band (or $40 per person for a five-piece band). This would be a locked space (one member per band would have a key), so you could keep equipment set up. The two bands would obviously have to negotiate complementary practice schedules.
