WANTED: Precision LEAD guitarist for working band

After an amazing 8-year run, ONE HEADLIGHT is parting ways with co-founder and stunning lead guitarist who is moving to Arizona. ONE HEADLIGHT is an ATL-based tribute band for the original MTV generation playing the best of high energy 80s-90s pop/rock, new wave, big hair, and alternative anthems. We even do a blistering millennial set featuring Kings of Leon, Muse, Blink 182, Three Doors Down, The Killers, Foo Fighters, etc. To be clear and emphatic, we will NOT be playing any "classic rock" stuff that everyone else plays....I personally love all types of music but THIS band will not play any Hendrix, Clapton, Foghat, Southern Rock, etc... Again, think MTV images of Duran Duran, Flock of Seagulls, INXS, Prince, 80s Bowie, Billy Idol, Tears for Fears, The Cure, Guns N Roses, Bon Jovi, Def Leppard, 80s ZZ Top, U2, REM... We have played massive festivals, clubs, corporate & private events, and are proudly known as emulators versus a cover band. We strive to replicate the original recordings in every way, and that includes a hilarious stage attack complete with wigs, glasses and some other props to make it a memorable experience. We even have a five-foot tall MTV Moonman who hangs from the rafters! With replication in mind, we need a precision lead who can emulate the notes and sounds of a wide range of genres and artists. We also need a precision lead because we have long been a full backing track band. With the tracks, there is no room for timing problems, or loose and free-style leads. Must have the skill and desire to replicate the original recordings without exception. Must also be very tech savvy for sound and mixing tasks. We use only the very best gear to ensure a sound like few others out there. No hired guns in multiple other bands please. Looking forward to your interest and questions.
