A challenging opportunity with a great team. The Job: Winwood Management seeks a Maintenance Technician to join our growing real estate firm. The ideal candidate will be responsible to assist in all aspects of the Maintenance operations and construction of 200+ Units in Huntsville Alabama. This is a very versatile role that will require someone who is a quick learner who works well with minimal direction. Skills Required: Desire and ability to learn Well organized and professional; Willingness to perform a variety of jobs as needed. Understands the importance of effective communication and people skills. Anticipates what’s needed and takes initiative; can complete tasks with minimal direction. Must be resourceful and a good problem solver. Flexibility and willingness to work extended hours as needed. Ability to simultaneously coordinate several projects from start through completion. Capacity to work with new and different kinds of software. Loyalty, integrity, and capability of maintaining a high degree of confidentiality and discretion. Maintenance experience preferred but not required
