Full Job Description COMPANY DESCRIPTION: Lakeshore Cleaning Professionals LLC is providing maintenance and repairs of bank owned properties in Oklahoma. Lakeshore Cleaning Professionals aim to establish and maintain long-lasting business relationships as we are committed to providing our clients with the utmost level of service. We take pride in completing all work orders correctly and in a timely manner. Property Preservation Management Company seeks subcontractors. SUBCONTRACTOR REQUIREMENTS: • Able to submit and pass Aspen Grove background check. • Must have reliable transportation. • Valid driver’s license with auto insurance. • Must be able to use or willing to learn to use property preservation app to take photos. • Must be able to utilize email. • Must be able to complete work orders in a timely, efficient manner with minimal supervision. • Must be willing to work at least 5 days a week, preferably 6. • (Preferred) experience with property preservation or experience as a handyman, maintenance • tech, and/or service tech. • Applicant must have personal maintenance tools. (Lawn mower, edger, power tools, ladder etc.) • (Preferred) General liability insurance and errors/omissions insurance. SUBCONTRACTOR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: All contractors must have the skills, supplies, equipment, and capital to complete the following work types: • Debris removal/trash-outs (small and large scale) • Securing properties i.e., lock changes, boarding/re-glazing windows, etc. • Grass cuts/lawn maintenance/landscaping • Roof patching/tarping • Misc. jobs including but not limited to maid service, tree trimming, drywall, flooring, winterization, etc. • You must have a smartphone. You will be required to submit quality photos to show property condition before, during and after work completion.
