Position Available: - Landscape Maintenance Crew Member Job Description: - Landscape Maintenance Crew Member's maintain commercial and HOA properties by mowing, string trimming, edging, shrub trimming, aerating, fertilizing, etc... Responsibilities: • Safety First! Use equipment safely and efficiently • Report to work on time • Communicate affectively with crew foreman and work as a part of a team • Available for snow removal at a moment’s notice • Help make sure equipment and trailers are loaded or attached properly • Maintain trucks, trailers and equipment on a regular basis to prevent field failures and safety hazards Requirements: • Valid Colorado drivers’ license • Cell phone • Ability to work 40 a week or more if needed • Positive attitude and work ethic • Must be able to work outside in varying weather conditions • Ability to lift 50 lbs. • Available for snow removal at a moments notice Preferred Skills: • Experience preferred - all commercial landscape maintenance equipment (mowing, trimming, aerating, fertilizing, bush pruning, etc...) • Attention to detail • Positive attitude!!
