I'm newer to this area and was wondering does a tenant has the right to question a landlord over his maintenance worker hanging out in my driveway all hours of the day and night( we are talking like 2-3 in the morning). What are the laws in CO on being notified that they are sending this man over here and for what? He never does anything but sets in his car watching the place. I am starting to feel like I am being stocked he is here so much. What can I do to get rid of him?
