Looking for Painting Subs

Hello all. I’m looking for subs for my painting business. Someone dependable with a three man/woman crew. It’s mostly full house jobs from 1,500+ square feet (ceiling, walls and trim). Please read full ad before responding. We do quality work and charge a premium price. Many subs say they make more money on my jobs than they do on their own. I supply all the paint, tape, paper, plastic, etc and you supply the manpower and know how. Just got a deal and have many houses lined up so no more driving all over town for bids or hearing “I found someone to do it cheaper”. No having to keep calling and texting customers to get jobs, we have the jobs. And we have many. REQUIREMENTS: 1. Full background screen. I don’t mind a little bit of weed or if you had one too many and drove home. What I do care about are sex crimes, violent crimes, domestic, theft, fraud, etc. Stuff like that. 2. You MUST accept payment via Venmo. It’s the easiest way to pay and we don’t have to meet up for checks. You don’t even need a bank account for it and you can pay your crew and use a debit card to pay for stuff or get money from the ATM. Cool Stuff. 3. You must own your own spray rig, rollers, ladders, etc. If you need scaffolding for the job, I can supply at a weekly rate. 4. Dedication. If chosen you will be signing a one month contract to start out where you only work for us. It’s 30 days to get you acquainted with how things work and see if it’s a good fit for you. Most contractors say they make more money with me and decide to stay but for the first thirty days, no side work.
