We are hiring 2 landscape technicians ($20/hour) for our landscaping company. These jobs are not part time. These are full time jobs which start at 45 hours/week and will go up to 50 hours/week (we pay 1.5x rate for overtime). We also provide housing for our employees for $250/month (can be deduced from paycheck or paid in cash). We have weekly pay every Friday and a $200 cash bonus to new hires after completing the 3rd week of employment! Responsibilities - Provide direction to and lead a crew of 2 landscape helpers - Maintain Proscape's quality bar across a variety of commercial properties throughout Austin - Prepare truck and trailer each day before crews depart at 7:30 am (filling up water, testing equipment, filing up with gas, and sharpening blades) - Provide coaching to team members to increase your crew's performance  Required - Valid and active driver's license - Landscape experience - Ability to lead men About Us We are a commercial landscaping company located in North Austin and established in 1986.
