High volume real estate company is looking for a reliable individual to join our team. This is a paid per job type position. This person will go to various local properties in the Cleveland and surrounding areas and take a ton of photos, add lockboxes when necessary, and fill out a walkthrough sheet (we will provide) with in depth information about the home. All information should be uploaded to a property specific (labeled) folder in Dropbox or Google Drive with a link provided, along with your invoice - Then payment will be rendered. Note: We are investors and purchase homes needing work frequently so many of these homes will be in despair. We need someone with: Reliable transportation Fast response times Dependable and thorough Good photo quality (camera phone is ok as long as the pictures are good quality) When we have a new job, we will email/text you with the home address and access details. The expectation is a 24 hour turn around time. Pay is $30 per house
