Hi! Looking to put together a live-performing band with creative and strategic digital presence. Rock, blues, funk, psych, Motown, older R&B, jazz, metal, and folk/country all have some influence on my musical preferences but whatever you bring to the show, and are willing to put forth the effort/work, let's fit ya in. I see blues-rock jazz type stuff having legs to get far around Detroit area venues but if you want to be part of a team who travels, that's something we can discuss. If you play keys/midi and have some mixing experience, you're on for sure. I'm happy to take the guitar or bass position and am open to someone being on either of those. Acoustic and electric are cool. Other instrument suggestions? Vocalists welcomed. Ability to play multiple instruments would be sweet and side projects are encouraged. Personally, I'd like an acoustic guitar duet as a side project and for going out solo (managing a band can be like being married to several people at once.) - play the part and look the part - collabs with local artistry collectives + venues + studios - imagination and creativity with songwriting/performance to assist/adapt to venue/audience [& AV] - social media presence - covers & originals
