Pay is based on experience. Hiring for various skill levels for multiple positions. About our company and the work we do: We contract with a real estate development company to update recently purchased homes in the Cincinnati area. These homes are not occupied and once complete will be rentals. Most properties require interior cosmetic work, such as painting, new light fixtures, faucets, etc. Exterior work may be included, such as pressure washing, building a fence, removing the top 6 inches of soil. We operate Monday - Friday during normal business hours and are flexible requesting 20-40 hours per week. Most work will be independent with little supervision after on boarding. Most interior work completed in homes with no AC but will have power. Must have driver's license, reliable transportation, be a self starter and a hard worker.
