Jimmy Buffet style Drums/Percussion, Keys and Bass needed

Looking for drum/percussion, keyboards and bass to form band that will be playing Jimmy Buffett style Beach music. I already have paying venues wanting to book. I need players that know what they're doing and what they're getting into. I am not looking for a mercenaries who want to show up for the gig and wing it. I am looking for people who are willing to rehearse, learn the songs and get the sound and make it sound tight. Work comes before the reward. If the musicians are good it won't take that long. I am thinking four rehearsals before the first paying gig. The keyboard player will need to emulate some steel drum sounds. If you can sing harmonies and some lead thagt is all the better. Listen to some Jimmy Buffet songs (besides Margaritaville) to get an idea if you don't already know. This is not a tribute band, it is just playing the songs and putting out the vibe.
