Integrated pest management, proper application timing, knowledge of fertilizer application rates are good skills to bring to us. Do you like making lawns healthy and green? Do you want to work for a smaller company and develop long-term client relationships? Would you like more time to spend on each lawn, and not have daily dollar quotas to meet? We are looking for an experienced lawn fertilizer applicator. We do not require the traditional $1200-1500 daily quota. We have approx 110 fertilizer clients to maintain + fall aeration and seeding. We do not require you to make cold calls nor sales calls. We want you to make lawns healthy, green, and to love doing it! Starting pay $17-18 with current NE Dept of Ag applicators license. Pay increases up to $23-25 / hr, and is dependent on skill levels, experience, and length of time in this field. Benefits available: Paid time off. Paid holidays. Paid vacation.
