Looking for an Outstanding Fleet Detailer/Fueler Supervisor with DL Must provide resume When resume has been reviewed we will contact you via phone or email Schedule: Monday - Friday 6pm - 2:30am Salary: $14.50 - $15.00 Job Type: Full Time What to expect: As a Fleet Care Supervisor, you are responsible for the day-to-day Cleaning and Washing of the fleet to ensure the efficiency of operations and employees. You will monitor various activities and perform other fleet-related duties. Setting goals for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with company's plans and vision. Organizing workflow and ensuring that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks. Monitoring employee productivity and providing constructive feedback and coaching. Detailing of buses, washing exterior, vacuuming / wiping down interior, cleaning window inside and out. Job Responsibilities: • Bus Detailer/ Fueler with DL • Ensure all vehicles are completely fueled and fluids topped, ready for service at various times of day. • Interiors cleaned according to contract. • All fleet damage documented and communicated to appropriate personnel in the case of unreported damage. • Maneuver up to 40-foot bus with air brakes in tight quarters. Talent Requirements: --Must have valid DL License. --Must have clean driving record. --Must have 2yrs - 3yrs auto/bus detailing experience --2 yrs Management Experience --Must know how to use Excel and Microsoft Office Word --Must know how to do paperwork --High School diploma or equivalent. --Ability to read, write and speak English. --Must be able to lift 50 pounds. --Must be able to work nights/weekends. --Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions. --Must be able to stand/squat/bend/walk for entire shift. --Must pass background check.
