BEWARE- Maltipoo puppy unvaccinated & Parvovirus positive

BEWARE: PUPPY POSITIVE FOR PARVO + UNVACCINATED AT 16 WEEKS. Owner confirmed to me the puppies are vaccinated and had a vet check up and are healthy, and agreed to give me vet records for the one I wanted but supposedly misplaced them when I was there with the puppy ready to pay and take him home. I believed the owner, took the puppy and picked up the shot records from the vet a few minutes away -- and discovered the puppy was 1) behind on vaccines (only first shots when it should be fully (or almost) vaccinated by 16 weeks, and 2) worse: tested POSITIVE FOR PARVOVIRUS - a dangerous and potentially deadly virus! Owner "forgot" to mention it because puppy was ok and pulled through. The vet confirmed the 2nd brother puppy (which I didn't take and the owner may still be trying to re-home) also is positive for Parvo and only has 1st shots as well. Thankfully my puppy is doing ok - BUT I paid over $500 at my vet for Parvo re-testing and blood test + treatment and medications for an ear infection the owner neglected and also didn't tell me about + 2nd vaccines (the rest I have to pay for later) + discovered my puppy has Kennel Cough - another condition due to non-vaccination, that may require antibiotics. The owner would have known that too because the puppy coughs all the time! If you take the remaining puppy, he may look healthy but beware of what the owners are dishonest about - check vet records first and also realize the puppy may have other health issues like the one I got, and the owners are probably not paying to protect / treat the puppy's health. You may end up like me, paying them for the puppy AND then extra vet expenses AND the delays in potty training and walks etc. (until fully vaccinated) and enjoying what you thought was a healthy and vaccinated puppy. When I texted owner about these problems they didn't disclose and my vet bill, she told me basically you get what you get, she wouldn't communicate with me again, and she blocked my number! The number of pet scams and irresponsible dog owners on Craigslist is shocking!
