The Flagger performs traffic control and flagging activities as needed; follows safety rules and regulations on all work zone and flagging sites, safely controlling vehicular, pedestrian, and construction traffic movements in a work area; duties may vary according to job assignment. You report to the yard each day, which is located in north Charlotte Pay to start at $15.00 per hour DOE. • Paid training • Full-time with Health Benefits • MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE. Will be required to operate a company vehicle. • Must pass pre-employment Criminal Background, Motor Vehicle Record check, and drug screen. • Ability to work flexible hours and overtime. Must be able to start your shift between 6:00 am - 7:30 am, which is determined by the foreman daily. Standard work days are Monday through Friday with some Saturdays possible.
