looking for someone to go to 13 houses, every week, to cut the grass, trim, blow out and clean and trash or debris (if there is paper, or a bottle, pick it up and put it in the trash). most of the houses are on the east side, but there are 2 in Federal hill, and 1 in East Providence. With 1 other guy, I am able to do it in 4 hours, including driving to each one. some need grass cut and trimmed, others is JUST TRIM, BLOW OUT AND PICK UP ANY TRASH! So easy!!!! About You you must have your own truck, lawn mower, trimmer, blower, and tools. These are professional buildings, with high paying tenants... so there are no excuses about rain, etc... it has to be maintained EVERY week... If you tell me you can do it every Saturday, but there is a monsoon this up coming Saturday, then you have to plan to go there the day before, or after and get it done. There are no excuses... Must be cut and maintained weekly. you have to act professionally while at the property... and I need someone who cares about them as if it were yours. You must have a TaxID number. we can pay weekly with a company check. you would be paid as a contractor and would get a 1099 at end of year.
