Rehoming large dog for small adoption fee

Her name is Chloe. She is 2 years old. She is a good dog but my older dog is having problems adjusting to her in the house and also my work schedule is not working well enough with her activeness, so i need to rehome her. Im not sure what breed she is however i know she has a strand of St. Bernard. She is a very active dog although her temperament is very laid back. She can jump fences phenomenally but can be tightened up with the right training. All she likes to do is get rubbed on and give hugs. She also likes to wrestle around on the floor with you and through her back on the floor for belly rubs.She will also let you know when she needs to use the bathroom by simply pacing or bumping your hand. She also knows the following commands "Sit," " Lay down," Jump," and the snapping of finger will get her attention. She is a very loving dog but i cant have two leaders in one house hold. Asking for a small rehoming fee of $250 dollars (OBO) to ensure she is going to a safe and loving home
