Presented by SamanthaStarr Events and Athena Communications, Battle of the Chefs is back and is celebrating their 5 year anniversary! Presented by SamanthaStarr Events and Athena Communications, in partnership with The Chef's Table, Battle of the Chefs is back and we're taking it to the streets! Join us as we celebrate our 5 year anniversary with some of our favorite local food trucks and pastry chefs! We're excited to partner with Teens Grow Greens! A portion of the tickets and 100% of the silent auction proceeds will be donated to their organization. Teens Grow Greens is raising money for select Graduates of the TGG internship to pursue a career path in Hospitality through their Apprenticeship program. The Food & Beverage Hospitality Apprenticeship Track is designed to provide Apprentices with an introduction to skills and knowledge necessary for working as a team member in restaurant operations--through hands-on experience in various community cafes. Help us as we build pathways to careers in the field of food and hospitality! Judges Tammy Belton-Davis, Athena Communications Anthony Horton, Teens Grow Greens Graduate Chef Dana Landis, Chef Dana Landis, LLC Chef Lisa McKay, Lisa Kaye Catering Judge Derek Mosley, Milwaukee Municipal Court (and MKE's favorite foodie) Our judges will determine a winner for each round, and a crowd favorite will also be awarded! Vegan/veggie options will be available. This is an indoor and outdoor event, and COVID-19 precautions will be enforced. Cocktail attire suggested. Full cash bar available! Early arrival strongly encouraged; first round will begin promptly at 4:15 pm. NOTE: There will be NO ticket sales at the door.
