Free Community Yoga Class (Week 3) Solar Plexus In honor of Minority Mental Health Awareness Month, I invite you to join me for a chakra balancing yoga series. Each week we will explore a different chakra and different flows, breathing techniques, affirmations and meditations associated with the specific chakra. All classes are free! Due to a 10 student capacity, registration will begin on the Monday of each week. Registration IS required.
