Experienced, certified trainers Justen Arnold & Jonathan Lawton with Flexx Mobility and Performance LLC will lead you through challenging, unique, unconventional, and fun strength and conditioning workouts with the perfect view! This year along with getting your sweat on in the sun, you'll also explore movement in new and therapeutically challenging ways! 8 weeks $160 (BEST DEAL) Drop in $35 Minimum registration for this event is 10 people, max is 20 . So YOU hear that 10 have to sign up for it to be a go! If weather is an issue the bootcamp will be held at Flexxmp's training facility at 875e main st Suite LL4.
