Reggae On The Green Festival is a family-friendly all-ages event, to bring the community together in unity at a beautiful lakeside venue. Virginia Beach, Virginia - On the Green Events LLC in cooperation with Montego Island Grill, 1st Impressions Barber and Apparel, and Big Mill Productions present the First Annual “REGGAE ON THE GREEN” festival on Saturday, August 21 at Mount Trashmore Park in Virginia Beach, Virginia. The organizer’s mission is to highlight more diverse and culturally vibrant entertainment in the city of Virginia Beach. Performing LIVE: Reggae Star, Grammy-nominated Jamaican singer Etana. Also performing are national reggae artist Mighty Mystic, Jah Sun and The Rising Tide, local favorite Greg Gutty, and Regggo- Band from Washington DC, bringing a unique sound mixing Reggae and Go-Go. Local DJ favorites will be mixing throughout the afternoon: DJ Killa Khan, DJ Flava, and DJ Jedi. The festival will have a variety of delicious ethnic cuisine and artisan vendors. Plus LIVE Caribbean Mixes by On the Green Events LLC host outdoor events located at Mount Trashmore Park in the City of Virginia Beach, including the Reggae on the Green Festival.
