FREE information sessions for our upcoming 50 hour Yin Yoga teacher training! Join us on August 7th to learn more information about our upcoming Yin teacher training happening in September! This is a special opportunity to dive deeper into your personal practice, find more space in your body, cultivate basic teaching skills or evolve your existing teaching skills.
