This hike is about four miles in length and will take us about 2 hours or so to complete at an easy going pace. Please make sure that you are an experienced hiker and in good physical shape so as to not hold back your fellow FSC hikers.Potomac Overlook Regional Park features miles of scenic woodland hiking trails with connecting access to the Potomac River and Potomac Heritage Tail. We will walk the Potomac Heritage Trail towards Fort Marcy. There are a number of rock scrambles and crossing of streams of water. This hike is of Medium difficulty. Please wear hiking shoes with plenty of grip.
