Looking for a fun "Summer school" camp right before heading back to the classroom? No problem. We’ve got home economics covered! Little Chefs with Fleur de Cuisine introduces your little one to the kitchen! We offer fun, hands-on, from-scratch healthy cooking classes for students in grades Pre-K to middle school. Our classes create a solid platform providing a lifetime of adventurous eating and purposeful life-skills. Classes focus on kitchen safety, knife skills and vegetable, fruit and equipment identification. Our students cook up-- and eat-- dishes that they can share with their friends and family at home. Menus are customized based on seasonal items. Classes are conducted on site at our kitchen and is social distance friendly. Class sizes are limited to 8 children. All materials included in course. Children will receive a kit which includes measuring utensils, apron, cutting board, knife and more. Camp runs Tuesday, August 17th through Thursday, August 19th from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm.
