Rescue cat and kittens need new home

I rescued a cat a few months ago (even though we already have 3cats) and soon found out she was pregnant. She had a healthy litter of kittens, and I like her very much she’s so sweet, but my other cats do not get along with her. So we need to find her her own home. We live out in the county and unfortunately we find cats that people have dumped off fairly often. I would like to find her and her three kittens nice homes. They are all very lovable and sweet. I would keep them, but I can’t have 7 cats. There is no rehoming fee, I just want them to have good loving homes who will get them spayed and neutered. There are two boy kittens and one girl kitten left all three are grey tabby’s with some white patches. Kittens are about 12 weeks old now, and can go to their own homes.
