CrossFit Fishers is proud to announce that they will be hosting their 10th Annual “Helen meets Grace” Partner Fundraising event. CrossFit Fishers is proud to announce that they will be hosting their 10th Annual “Helen meets Grace” Partner event to support www.barbellsforboobs.org When: Saturday, October 2nd, 2021 – doors open/check-in at 8:30 am until 9:00 am. Announcements start at 9:00 am and Heats start at 9:20 and go through noon. Where: CrossFit Fishers - Parking and Entrance is in the back of the building. Sign-up/Registration: The cost for registration is $60.00 per team (M/M, F/F, F/M) Each team member will received an event t-shirt and proceeds from the t-shirts will go to Barbells for Boobs. To be guaranteed an event T-shirt you must be registered by Monday, September 15th by midnight. Heats: Heats will be announced on Friday September, 24th via CrossFit Fishers Facebook Event page and via email to all participants. There will be Survivor, FIREBREATHER (individual), RX’ed, and Scaled heats. WORKOUT/WOD: Helen Meets Grace – this is a TWO-PERSON team workout (male/male, female/female, male/female, & individual FIREBREATHER) with one person working at a time, except for the 400 meter runs, which must be performed together. HELEN consists of THREE rounds of: 400 meter runs (partners together), 21 kettlebell swings (53/35#) and 12 pull-ups. Partners can tag-team in and out of the kettlebell swings and/or pull-ups as needed.Once all THREE rounds of HELEN are completed, the team immediately moves on to perform GRACE which consists of: 30 CLEAN & JERKS (RX135/95#) partitioning the repetitions as needed between partners. SCALING options are available. Make sure you select scaled when you register!
