Come ground your feet In the sand at "Empowerment Yoga on the Beach" every LAST SUNDAY of each month! Yoga on the beach is refreshing, rejuvenating and revitalizing to the mind, body and spirit. Come enjoy 60 minutes of Empowerment Yoga Flow, African drumming, Singing Bowl Meditation, Community, Food and Fun! Please Bring Your own food and you may stay or leave at your will.
