Description

Join us on a docent-led history tour of the Rengstorff House grounds and a touch of Victorian flair! While the Rengstorff House museum home is closed until October, Friends of "R" House is offering opportunities for guided tours. Tours will be led by a docent in period attire who will be highlighting the history of the oldest standing house in Mountian View, the garden, interpreting the windmill and tank house, and sharing our favorite Rengstorff family stories. Rengstoff House is the legacy of Henry Rengstorff, a poor German immigrant who settled in the South Bay during the Gold Rush era.
