Steak Tasting Event with the Library & J Bruner's. Learn about Chimichurri and selecting and cooking different steaks. Tasting Samples RSVP SPECIAL PROGRAM! Join Library Staff and Joe Akers from J Bruner's as they talk about some of a favorite spices, Red Chili Pepper and Chimichurri sauce! Joe Akers will also share some insights on identifying, selecting and grilling different cuts of meat. Registrants will receive a spice kit containing the spice and the Chimichurri recipe. Steak samples and tasting will be provided. Program will be held at J Bruner's Restaurant. This program is intended for adults (18+). Space is limited so contact the library for a kit and to reserve for seat. The library provides access to innovative library services, delivered in an efficient and effective manner.
