The 60-minute workout is tailored for all levels and will meet you exactly where you're at, offering challenges and modifications to suit your individual needs. You will leave feeling empowered, energized, and ready for the day ahead! Expect to move, sweat, and have fun! Please bring your personal yoga or fitness mat to participate and arrive 15 minutes prior to start of class.
