Crystal Tone Alchemy Bowls, tuning forks, drums, shruti box, crystal triangles and the voice will create the soundscape of harmony and relaxation. This sound healing meditation is beginner friendly and also suitable for advanced meditators. Bring your own yoga mat , blanket , pillow, meditation cushion .. Whatever you might need to create a cozy little nest as you lay down to receive the healing benefits of sound. It is suggested to lay down for this practice, but if you would like to practice seated, please do so.
