Help moving a storage unit ASAP- 1 mile move

I need quotes for a move as soon as possible this week. I am trying to move my items from my ground floor storage in Morgan Hill to a 2-story house 1 mile away. Let me know if you have a moving truck or if I need to rent one. I have 2 10x10 storages. One is full of heavy items and one has only a heavy mattress and a couch left. I have the following items: King temperpedic mattress 7’ Couch Oversized chair Dresser Large bed set Elliptical Washer and dryer Large corner desk Heavy kitchen island Large kitchen table set Book case 3 boxes The bed set, mattress, book case, desk, and elliptical need to go on the second story. The rest goes down stairs. I need the table, desk, and bed set put together. I have no tools. There is driveway and garage access right out front of the house. I have one dolly. It took 3 people 3 hrs to take apart and move into the truck. All small items have already been moved out of the storage. Please also feel free to give me a quote without furniture assembly. I just at least need this stuff moved into my garage this week.
