Join Amy at 10 am for a 40-minute beginner style yoga class where Amy will lead you through a morning routine to
Get your body moving for the day,
Allow you time to connect to yourself and nature, and
Set intentions for your day.
Amy’s class is for everyone and will include moves that are beneficial for pregnant and postpartum women!
Head to the park before the family arrives to enjoy this class just for you or bring the crew.
Beginning at 11:15, Amy will lead a 30-minute mindful movement class that the whole family will enjoy! You will have the unique opportunity to connect with your child by getting the wiggles out together, building a healthier mind and body, building self-esteem, and have fun using your body through imaginative movement. The class will be designed for ages 2 to 10 but all ages are welcome.
