Sweet Fluffy Dog needs a home

According to the previous owner he is 9 years old and an English Shepherd. His long fluffy hair has just been shaved due to matted unkempt fur. The previous owner was unable to keep up with his grooming needs but I know he will be a wonderful addition to someone’s home. He is fixed, but vaccination stats are unknown. Fozzie is a super friendly, moderately high energy dog who seems to like everyone, including children. Attitude toward cats is unknown and he may be aggressive towards other dogs.
