The Pikes Peak Water Garden Society is having their 32th Annual Pond Tour this weekend. 8 Ponds are on display located throughout the city. This FREE event features 8 various ponds and water gardens ranging in size from 700 gallons to 8,000 gallons. Most ponds will have a variety of water plants and features as well as goldfish and Koi, some of these colorful fish are over 30 inches long! The Tour houses are available both Saturday and Sunday from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. This is an outdoor event. Well behaved children are welcome. Some locations are handicap accessible. No public restrooms will be available. You may visit our website at PPWGS.org for more details and to obtain a map showing descriptions of each pond and directions to each location. The tour map is available on our website at PPWGS.org PLEASE NOTE THAT POND B WILL ONLY BE OPEN ON SATURDAY. The map is obtaining by going to the web site, clicking on "Pond Tour" in the upper left, Then click on "32nd Annual Pond Tour Packet", The Green button on the lower left. At the very top of the page you will have the choice of TWO BLUE BOXES. "Print Packet" will print out the entire tour with individual maps, or; "Print Condensed Packet" which is fewer pages without maps.
