Looking for part time handyman/carpenter with tools to works on projects as needed. Light plumbing/electric, carpentry, paint, sheet rock repair, remove popcorn ceilings, decks, porches, wood rot, roof repair. Will pay $25 per hour to start, plus $15 per hour if you need to bring a helper.
