Ferret for rehoming

I am looking to rehome my family’s wonderful ferret, Kona. She has been part of the family since late 2018 when we adopted her from someone who didn’t quite treat her as well as she deserved. She was 9 months old when we brought her home so she is estimated to be around 3 years old. She is very spunky, loving, and quite the little thief. She will try and relocate any item she can physically move to any given spot in the home, so beware your keys. She is great with small dogs who are willing to give her a chance and wonderful with cats. She has been a part of the family for years and we are devastated to rehome her but we believe she deserves a home where she will receive all the love and attention that we currently cannot give. COVID plays an important factor in why we feel we should rehome her as we have had to find new jobs and just aren’t home as much as we once were, which was always at one point. She is the sweetest little furball and never fails to make us laugh. We are looking for someone experienced in ferret care and preferably someone who currently owns a ferret(s), though this is negotiable to the right home who can give her the time and attention she needs. Kona is a cinnamon albino ferret, spayed and descented and in perfect health. We are not giving her away, SHE IS NOT FREE, there will be a rehoming fee but again, this fee is negotiable to the right owner. We are rehoming her with her large ferret nation cage and all her belongings and favorite blankets as well as whatever food we will have left when the right home is found. As we said earlier we are very upset to be rehoming her but as she deserves nothing shy of the best home we can find, we will be making sure that’s what she gets. We are in no rush to rehome her. We will only be letting her go to the right family.
