I re-homed my other budgies a little while ago and we kept this one bc he was picked on by the others and feathers pulled by the others. His wings were clipped before we got him and still haven't grown back in so he can't fly and I thought by now they would have grown back but haven't so they may or may not. His tail feathers wer plucked out by the other budgies and haven't grown back in yet either but hopefully will. He gets around great either way. He doesn't talk but could possibly learn. He does laugh though randomly from copying our big bird and kids. He also knows step up but you will have to earn his trust he only steps up for my daughter. Please only feed him the pellet food bc anything else you give him he gets constipated and then you have to soak his bum in warm water to help him go or make a vet visit. **Pick up around Belle Vernon. **$45-Includes: him, whatever food i have left, some mallet, a tiny travel cage that ill be transporting him in (he will need a bigger one).
