ROUND 2 An ad similar to this was placed previously. There was "some" response. That's OK, it's design is for that of quality over quantity. I'm trying again to prove our sincerity & in hopes that we get lucky. Should you read all the way thru the ad & have interest we will respond in kind to ONLY those that provide us your name, phone number & a window of contact so that we may phone you. Additionally we would hope that you'd be near a computer so that we could instantly compare notes. Pics, music, etc... it also will help decide if conversation go further as well as warrant getting in a room. We are NOT a start up band. We are an EXPERIENCED group & we seek a new Lead Guitarist. We're a Rock n Roll band that plays both originals & covers (emphasis on originals). We swing the pendulum pretty far from one side to the other, think AMERICA to URIAH HEEP. Think CHARLIE DANIELS to ELP. Fyi we don't cover any of those bands but stylistically our originals & covers have that big of a swing. We go where the music takes us. I hope that helped. Versatility is key, we do not stick ourselves in any particular labeled box save that we're a rock n roll band! We realize the CL craziness that goes on so what I can tell you is that when we speak we will instantly be able to provide you with our bonafides as our music & band info is easily found on multiple outlets. We are seeking an experienced musician that will also be able to immediately provide that same proof. You'll be able to see & hear us, we'll expect the same. We're looking for "THE GUY"! An experienced, confident individual whose ego is in check. We're all confident but there is a mutual respect, a diehard trust & a genuine friendship amongst the group that has been together for quite some time. We'll look to make you feel at home! We're a 2 guitar band & you'll be playing a lot of lead (60 to 70%) so you'll need to be rock solid there as well as your rhythm playing. We'll play typically 2 to 3 shows per month. A couple months out of the year generate 4 shows, a couple months but 1. We've got a great rehearsal facility & all the equipment that goes with it as well as all top notch personal & band gig gear. We'll rehearse a plenty at first to get you up to speed being comfortable with us & vice versa. This is the golden opportunity for that guy that is still very much the musician in his heart & soul. This is the gig for the guy that want's but one band to call home where his voice & creativity can & will be heard. If you're "THE GUY", mature, dependable, financially sound & rock fucking solid good we'd like to hear from you.
