The WMPG/Podbean podcast "Podcast Open Mic with Lorenzo" has over 100 episodes online and we want to feature your original music! In this this age of COVID we can meet outdoors or on Zoom, I’m told in August we can return to the WMPG production studio, if that’s your preference. I’m easy. The concept is this: a short chat with host/producer Lorenzo (feel free to plug away CDs, BandCamp, gigs, whatever), a few songs and we're good! The songs (or whatever!) can be performed live or pre-recorded, interviews can be in person, Zoomed or phoned in. Any genre welcome, group or solo (also open to comedy, spoken word, or poetry). I’ve recently reconsidered my covers policy, and decided covers are cool mixed in with your originals. Also, the one artist, one song concept is history! The podcast is available on the WMPG website as well as Apple Podcasts, Stitcher and Spotify. Guests' styles have included folk, metal, electronic, rock, poetry, rap, rock, spoken word, comedy, and Americana.
