Looking too start a rock band

Hello! I'm looking to start a rock band, something with a good upbeat and something everyone would enjoy of all ages. I have over 15 years of experience playing drums and have my own set and place to practice if needed. Im basically looking for the whole group, lead guitarist, rhythm guitarist,bassist, keyboard and a lead singer or singers(male or female) that can sing almost any genre. I don't discriminate so i don't care what you look like or what color if you can jam HIT ME UP! Also like i said i have many years of experience so id like too find musicians that have experience also. Im taking this serious and i only want dedicated players to apply. Also id prefer you be 18 or over, only reason i bring it up is because i plan too play in bars or travel and don't want to have to worry about anyone asking for permission lol.
