Cleaning And/Or Yard Help Needed

I am looking for someone who can help me with cleaning. If this person can also do yard work, that would be great, but it doesn't necessarily need to be both. I will be moving soon, so I need help cleaning cupboards, the refrigerator, microwave, and stairwell. There may be more cleaning too. I also need help mowing the lawn.
