inspections of used cars

I need to hire 2-3 full-time car inspectors to inspect used cars that are being sold from individuals to the dealerships. A typical job/trip would include: (1) receiving the name/address of the individual who sells the car; (2) promptly driving to meet that person at that address; (3) inspecting the car to make sure that the description of the car was provided by the individual correctly; (4) making sure the car is paid for (dealership pays electronically in real time); (5) completing all required paperwork. There will be no need to drive that car; you will leave it behind and move to another appointment. The work is home-based and full-time; you must have your own car and be able to drive it during the day, at least within San Diego County but occasionally into Orange County as well. The structure of pay is as following: (1) base monthly salary; (2) compensation for the use of your personal car, which will be mileage-based; (3) bonus for the successful completion of each sale transaction.
